It is a clear, board-ready view of what you spend and how it compares to a large set of similar organisations. It shows where you are paying more than you should and puts a number on the opportunity, so you can decide with evidence rather than opinion. We deliver it in twenty-one days.
How quickly will we see results?
The benchmark is ready for your board within twenty-one days, and that is usually when the first savings become clear. Bigger changes follow as you act on the findings, so you are not waiting months to know whether it was worth it.
What does it cost to get started?
The benchmark is offered on fixed, simple terms, so you know the cost up front with no open-ended fees.

Will this disrupt my team?
